PerfectForm

Terms of use

Effective 11 October 2026

Apple's terms apply

Your use of PerfectForm and every purchase in it are governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). The few terms below are specific to PerfectForm and add to Apple's; where they differ, Apple's EULA wins.

What PerfectForm does

PerfectForm grades exercise sets from video. You film or import a set on your own account, tag the exercise, and our service finds body positions in the video and grades each rep against the exercise's rules. Grading is automated and can be wrong: a poor angle, bad light or an unusual movement can mislead it. Use it as a second pair of eyes, not as the last word.

Not medical advice

PerfectForm gives feedback on exercise form. It is not medical, physiotherapy or injury advice, and it does not diagnose anything. Train within your limits, and talk to a qualified professional about pain, injury or a health condition.

Acceptable use

Your content

Your videos stay yours. You let us store and process them only to run PerfectForm, as the privacy policy describes. Older sets tagged with another athlete's email stay shared with that account.

Changes and contact

We may change these terms; the new version is posted here with a new effective date, and important changes are announced in the app first. These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without taking away rights your own country's consumer law gives you.
